However has four steps to follow in helping the needy and
street children thus it’s called
4R Program
The steps however are as listed below;

Step
1 Rescue
We the founder members, social workers together with our
rescue team travel together within kampalaand local slums to build stronger relations with the needy and this is normally
handled by outreach department.
In with the course of our social work or social activities,
we also involve in out reach team of volunteers to provide care and support if
needed be.
Step 2: Rehabilitation
Some of the children are given social outcast, this is
important because many children become sexually active, alcoholic, thieves,
drug users at early stage as they as still young as 1 year.
We tend to rehabilitate these kids, the fact that we haven’t
constructed a transitional home yet we do networks to orphanages,
rehabilitation homes known to help as work hand in hand and after the
connection we do visit them and integrate them, empower them , we give them
spiritual enrichment and counseling programs.
We are planning to set up transition homes thus a need for
volunteer to work hand in hand by supporting us financing.
Step
3; Reconciliation
Webelieve that
loving, supportive families environment is ideal atmosphere for very child right
from the counseling program in this case the child is able to narrate true
story about him/ herself we the begin to make research about the story and if
found out that the family can be located the child is reintegrated into their
family.
Step IV: Settlement
Once we have empowered our kid / member, a child is set back
home, if a child has no survivinghome
or a family we still search for a forester family and eventually assist in permanent
adoption.
We do follow up by providing basic needs, health care,
education costs if necessary we ensuregood healthand
sustainability. If the child grows up like his/her youth/adolescent age we
begin to advise, train and counseling service are provided
These programs normally are through workshops, conferences
and seminars, home visitation programs, we try our level and lovely best to
equip these kids/Youth with skills they need to live independently, most
especially crafts, home improvement, counseling and guidance, personal hygiene,
catering and job creation. Etc.
Our focus as a project headed by clergy leaders is working hand in hand alongside with clergy leaders,
pastors, peace advocates, our government, NGO’s CBO’s affiliates, volunteers,
well wishers, friends and those who feel touched about our aim/Project.
FAMILY EMPOWERMENT
PROGRAM
The purpose of this program is to give the family skills and
education that is needed to provide a loving and supportive atmosphere for the
children such as:
Counseling
and guidance from well trained social workers or counselors, clergy
leaders, pastors or reverends.
Healthy advice and disease prevention,
first Aid, personal Hygiene, water and sanitation improvement.
Training,
crafts, small business and other useful projects/programs.

SCHOOL FEES VAULT PROJECT
It’s a project especially designed to help the needy in
question such as orphans, lesprivilaged families who normally faces a problem of
examination fees such as primary living examination registration fee, Uganda certificate
of education for senior fours or Uganda advanced certificate of education for
those in senior six .
This is however prepared for those only who maintain their
academic excellence.
